Meet the Founder
Courtney Reddix is the founder of The Eye App Inglewood. With a strong interest in community engagement, Courtney recognized that residents and visitors lacked a simple, reliable way to stay informed about local events, updates, and resources across the city.
Drawing on years of entrepreneurial work and a deep, ongoing connection to Inglewood, he set out to bridge technology and everyday city life. The result is The Eye App — a practical platform designed to share timely information, support local organizations and businesses, and improve how people navigate and experience the city.
Under Courtney’s leadership, The Eye App Inglewood is being built as a community-first platform — one that grows through listening, collaboration, and real-world use, with the goal of helping people stay informed, connected, and engaged over time.

From block parties to business spotlights, The Eye App Inglewood delivers real-time stories captured by the people who live and work here. Watch how neighbors, city partners, and entrepreneurs use the platform to share what is happening on their street right now.

Our Vision
The Eye App Inglewood grew out of conversations with neighbors who wanted a clearer, simpler way to stay informed — without having to search across multiple platforms for events, transit updates, or local information. Phase 1 focuses on the essentials: timely reminders, community resources, and a shared place to access what’s happening across the city. Future phases will expand into deeper mobility tools, navigation, and more personalized features as the platform grows.
We believe technology should support — not replace — community connection. That’s why The Eye App is being built with input from residents, organizations, and local businesses, with the goal of amplifying local voices and making city information easier to access over time.
Our Mission
The Eye App Inglewood is focused on making city information easier to access and use. Through regular outreach and conversations with residents, organizations, and local businesses, we gather real-world feedback that helps guide how the platform evolves. Our mission is to improve visibility around community resources, highlight local businesses, and support clearer communication across the city — starting with simple, useful tools and expanding thoughtfully over time.
